My wife and I decided that were going to turn in our Honda and get a new GMC Acadia, but had to find just the right one that would fit within our budget.  We considered ordering one but Stephanie at Victory located one for us and made all the arrangements to get it transfered in.  Everyone at Victory made this a pleasant experience and we actually did 90% of the sale via email and telephone.  Stephanie never gave up on us even though my wife and I had very hectic schedules.  We are big fans of everyone at Victory, they made it very easy to purchase.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the kindness shown by your team at Victory GMC.  On Friday, May 7th, as my family and I traveled North on I-65 en route to Huntsville to attend a concert, our Honda Odyssey had a transmission seal blow out and left us completely stranded.  We were able to limp our vehicle into Victory where we were met by Earl Holley and Mike Hicks.  Efforts to locate a rental car were unproductive as it was late and all were already closed for the night.  As I tried, in vain, to work a solution through my roadside assistance insurance, Earl Holley made a command decision and offered to loan us a vehicle for the weekend.  Never have I encountered such generosity form someone I had just met.  Mr. Holley was able to make a difference and left a positive impression of Victory GMC that will last a lifetime.  My family tremendously appreciates the kindheartedness he demonstrated in accommodating us.  I have already shared with my co-workers the humanity shown by your organization.  It is support from establishments such as yours that insprire servicemembers to continue to protect our nation, our freedom and our ideals.

Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had has been with Victory GMC.  The "One Price...No Haggle...Every Time" is exactly what you get with Victory.  Before purchasing from Victory, I had always been a Ford person and had not considered purchasing anything but a new Ford.  After some research I decided that I would like a GMC Yukon but I was not looking forward to all the games that dealerships play with "I will give you this much for your old vehicle" and "I will cut the price of the new vehicle to this bargain price" not to mention the round after round of negotiating that usually takes place.  While this may be how most dealerships operate, it is definately not the case with Victory and an above excellent sales person that I dealt with - Jerry Payne.

I called and spoke with Jerry one morning and told him that I did not have the time or desire to play games and did not want the ups and downs of a trade to purchase a new Yukon.  After listening to my desires, Jerry explained to me Victory's One Price and Customer Philosophy and assured me that the quote I received would be the best that I could get anywhere.  Well, Jerry was true to his word, he presented me their best price and I knew then that I wanted to do business with Victory Pontiac GMC and Jerry Payne.  While it was a great buying experience, Victory continues to go the extra mile to keep me as a happy customer.  Each time that I have taken my Yukon in for service work the entire staff has been very professional and most of all very "KIND" during my visit.  

It is evident to me that Victory GMC is at the top of their field and that the ownership and sales staff are working to make it a great dealership to do business with.  Not only do I have the "BEST" vehicle I have ever owned, but I also have the "BEST" dealership to stand behind the product.  My experience Victory GMC has made me believe that I can "Trust" and "Believe" in them and that they believe in treating the customer as they themselves would like to be treated.

My experience started with a visit to the Victory GMC website.  I sent in a request for a new Sierra truck and had hardly finished reviewing a few other vehicles when I got a call from Mary in Victory's Customer Care Department.  The next thing I knew, I had driven the 40 miles to the dealership to test drive the truck I was interested in. 

From my first encounter with Mary to meeting my salesperson, the entire experience was outstanding.  The whole process was handled very professionally and was the way that car buying should be done.  Everyone at Victory was extremely helpful.  Victory GMC will definately be at the top of my list for my next vehicle purchase.

Our personal experience at Victory GMC was actually an answer to our prayers.  Unexpectedly, at Christmas, we found ourselves in a situation where we had to purchase a car.  Our current van needed more repairs than it was worth.  We decided to go to Victory to find out our options.  Every single person we dealt with was so helpful and honest.  We got more than a reasonable offer on our old van, but we absolutely never even felt pressured to purchase.  Everyone was so patient and because of our experience we decided to purchase.

From start to finish, it was such an easy process even with two young children in tow.  The dealership was very kid-friendly and everyone went above and beyond to make sure that our kids were happy and got them anything they needed.  We drove away that day knowing that we got a great deal without haggling and to this day enjoy taking our van there for service.

To be honest, we feel like we were treated like family at Victory GMC.  We have never had a more pleasant and easy car shopping experience.

It is my pleasure to tell you that you have a superb GMC dealer in the Birmingham, Alabama area. 

On December 26, 2007 my family and I were en route to Florida for a short post-Christmas trip. While driving on Interstate 65 in Birmingham, my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado started to make a grinding noise in the front end. I was able to nurse my truck to Victory GMC in Calera. The super people in the service department confirmed that the left front wheel bearing had failed. After authorizing the dealership to repair my vehicle, I began to mentally prepare to rent a car for the week so that our family could continue on to Florida. As I began to search for a rental company, Dan Ellsworth the Service Manager told me that my truck would be fixed in approximately 3 hours. Indeed, 2.5 hours later my family and I were back on the road en route to Florida. 

Here we were, never having even been to Victory GMC, and these super people treated us as if we were longtime customers. I can't express my thanks to these fine people; they saved the day for me and my family. Bravo! If I lived anywhere close to Calera, Alabama I would definately be a Victory customer for all my vehicle repairs and purchases.

On March 8, 2006, while traveling through Calera, AL on our way home to Canada, we had an unfortunate incident occur which turned into a pleasant and memorable experience, thanks to some special people who came to our rescue.

We had just pulled our Chevrolet Venture over on Interstate 65 with a flat tire when a young man stopped and insisted that he change the tire.  At the same time a State Trooper stopped to make sure we got safely on our way.  The Trooper also directed us to the closest General Motors dealership where we could purchase a new tire.

We arrived at Victory GMC around 10:30 a.m. only to find out that our particular tire would have to be ordered from Birmingham and that it would probably not be ready until 4 or 5 p.m.  The entire staff at Victory was very friendly and professional and suggested things we could do to make our wait more enjoyable.

As we left Victory later on that evening, we were most appreciative of the first class service we had received and knew that we had just experienced southern hospitality at its finest.  We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the young man who changed our tire, the State Trooper and especially to Connie Edmondson of Victory.   If this experience is indicative of Alabama, we say "Thanks Alabama, we will be back."
